The complimentary breakfast had fantastic variety to fuel our mornings.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the discomfort of the bed, far too hard, resulting in aching bodies by morning. We faced a significant letdown when we discovered the advertised hot tub was not operational, leading us to check out early. The absence of local channels on the TV further detracted from our enjoyment, leaving us feeling shortchanged .

The location was convenient and absolutely perfect, in the Lima area with easy access to fairgrounds and stores.

The waffles were great and my daughter loved the pool.

Clean room, friendly staff, and the breakfast offers a good variety with daily-changing hot items, making it easy to fuel up before exploring the area, and the location is conveniently placed near essential amenities like restaurants and a gas station.

Positive, The room was spacious and comfy, and the indoor pool was a big hit with the kids. I also appreciated the hot breakfast options with a nice variety to start the day. Quick check-in process made things easy. It was a decent stay 😊

Rooms were clean and sound-proof. Never heard neighbors, not even running water.

Probably a previous occupant had alarm set for 3 a.m. -- a rude awakening, since we had no intentions of setting the clock. A recommendation for housekeeping -- to make sure clock alarms are turned off.

They offered updated and delightful rooms with a microwave and a balcony facing the large lobby and fridge. Location: the hotel was right by a restaurant and allso close to several good resturants. Also, Lippincott Bird Sanctuary Park was 2 miles away: )

The bed felt comfortable. The breakfast options was superb with plenty of hot and cold items available. I encountered issues with the bathroom floor being overly slippery, which caused me to slip after a shower. The staff didn't provide shampoo upon check-in, inconvenient when trying to enjoy a shower in the morning. Despite these hiccups, I enjoyed the overall comfort and friendliness of the staff. I'd definitely consider returning if in the area again for the cute environment and variety of breakfast choices.

The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and our precious dog enjoyed the spacious atrium. The full-service bar and pizza parlor were fantastic, serving delicious food. Our room had a fridge and microwave, made snacks easy!
